Like anonymous said, as you grow older you'll realize you weren't in love. It's probably just a really big crush/infatuation. Tell your parents that you're really into this guy, but don't ever use the word love until you're absolutely sure.Good luck.

reader, anonymous, writes (22 December 2010): hey girl, im sorry to say, but your parents are right, i thought i was in lovewith someone at the age of 13 and i really thought i was, but love is a very strong word, and now that i am older, i realised that i wasn't in love, and now i can honestly say i don't know what love is until im in it, you may disagree but as you grow older you will realise that believe it or not, parents are always right, it doesn't mean you can't see this boy however, you should be allowed to, but if you stop seeing him and you grow older, you'll soon begin to realise that love is more then just a word xo
