You did not mention if it was some random girl or some girl you know. If its sumone random and you ask her to be your gf, she`might take you as a creep and block you. :P . so in that case, start with sending a msg and hotmail chat.
if its sumone you know, you can just ask her as to whats going on and if shes in a relationship or whats she looking for?
Be flirteous and sweet at the same time and see what the girls looking for. If shes ready to go on a date first, do that. Y jump into asking sumone to be in a relationship when youre not sure what youre not sure what she wants
Peole can have whatever statuses on facebook. Plus, may be she might be interested in you more than a random play.
