Oh wow i thought i had misread that at first... but i don't think i have- you wanna shag your sister basically? or you already are, and just wanna have kids and live together as well now? Hmmm, if she's your full sister, and you have kids, there's a 25% chance of genetic defects in the kid. Thats all i know about the matter i'm afraid. It is, of course, illegal as well.

If you are talking about a relationship as a couple and having children together, you already know about the law, inherited genetic risks and customs. But If you are living together as brother and sister, having children by a sperm donor and raising them together because you want a family, is this what you are asking? As long as you not involved with each other romantically, I guess that it would not harm children to be raised in such a household. There are many different types of families, the most important thing is that you love the children.
But I'm not sure what you are asking us, or entirely clear what your relationship is.
