She sounds like a nut case to me... let alone the fact that if you get caught having sex with her you'll be put on the sex offenders register.
Stay away. Find a girl with some brains and class.

reader, anonymous, writes (20 October 2008): I don't know the laws in your country but in SOuth Africa you will have lots of legal problems if she goes to the police or even if her parents discover about it. I don't think it will be very wise.

A friend of mine who was 19 slept with a 15 year old girl and when the relationship came to an end and everything turned sour she constantly blackmailed him with the fact that if he didnt do what she wanted she would report him to the police this went on for months until the girl finally grew up and realised she was acting quite immature. Its okay to say this girl wont ever do this to you but you will never be 100 percent sure of that.

 No, don't do this. You will be putting yourself in a lot of trouble. You are not even a couple and the girl is too young to decide what is best for her. If you genuinely like this girl and respect her you will explain this to her and help her to understand that sex should be special for you both and therefore you should at least be in a relationship before considering it. Besides this fact, age difference DOES matter. You say she is over 3 years younger than you, meaning she is only at a maximum age of 14. As a 17 year old you should understand that this age is not acceptable to become sexually active espcecially when you are not even in a long term relationship! Please understand that it is in the best interest for both you and this girl to not have sex at such an early stage.
