The penis is usually smaller...sometimes MUCh smaller when flaccid, and from what women have told me, flaccid penises are about as sexy as a damp dishrag. So stop worrying. I suppose some women equate a large non-erect penis, whether as a bulge in a guys pants or in person, as a sign it will be humongous when erect, but that's not always true. Most penises elongate 60-100% when they get erect. Yours elongates over 200%, so you're lucky.Only thing laughable here is your lack of confidence.

My boyfriend is exactly like you. His is about the same size as you say yours is not-erect. He too was really self-conscious about it, but it doesn't matter in the slightest to us ladies. I'm actually totally with everything Odds has to say on this one. You have nothing to worry about. =)

I've a friend who is 3 inches erect and he's never been laughed at. Your size is above average so it's nothing to worry about. I mean my 3 inch friend is married now with kids, to a woman that admitted while drunk that it was never an issue for her.

As far as what it looks like when its not erect... well think about it like this. Do people really give a damn what fireworks look like or their canister size before they get launched? Nope, because they're useless to everybody until its showtime.

 It just means you're a grower, not a show-er. The first time a chick sees it, it will almost certainly be erect. After that it won't matter, they'll know what you have.

 5 inches is the average size of a penis. Most penis' are smallish when not erect. You have nothing to worry about. All male parts are different. But it is nothing to fret about.
