Besides, if you even come into contact with them, you'll never have to see them again! So concentrate on the pleasure, relax, and don't worry :]

Firstly, don't worry about hotel staff. You will never see them, or if you see them in the corridor, you'll never see them again after that. Do you honestly think that 2 people in their late teens / early 20s staying in a hotel and GASP having sex is the most exciting thing that happens to them?
People do it every day.
Now the good news.... If you use a condom then there will be not a lot of mess. Most of the messy stuff will come out of you so catching it in a condom is the best way of stopping it getting everywhere.
It may not happen anyway if it is your first time. You or your girlfriend might get too nervous. (Both happened to me)
If you are in a hotel room you will both feel under a lot of pressure. Just enjoying staying the night together. Work up to it and work on giving eachother pleasure rather than doing IT. There is plenty of foreplay to try out before you get to the main event.
