writes:I and my love were together for 2 years. He moved to abroad 6 months back. From the last 3 months, we have been in an on and off relationship. This is exactly what was happening-he used to leave me without giving any reason. I never used to call or text him. After few days,he used to call me again and again till i answered and force me to give my fb password to him and also used to say 'i love you' so many times. He showed me that we are committed but ignoring me was what he used to do. WHEN I USED TO LEAVE,HE CHASED ME AND WHEN I STARTED GETTING BACK TO HIM, HE STARTED IGNORING ME. Now 2 days before on being questioned about his behaviour, he said we have no future and that's why he ignores me but fails everytime and that he'll not talk to me now and he said i love you and disconnected the call. What to do? Please help. Will my vanishing from his life make him realise? I love him..still.

reader, anonymous, writes (26 January 2011): you are taking it wrongly. He ignored me like anything. And i used to leave because i neva wanted to force him for committment. I cannot even imagine of playing games with him. And yeah,we have no future because of cultural indifferences,and that too not from my side and he has no guts to go and tell his parents about me and he also says he has no idea for how long he'll be there and that how much time it will take him to settle. And yeah, i had decided that i'll go abroad and even made my parents agree to the same, just for him.
