 Girls' bodies are almost nothing like boy's. You should make sure that while touching her, you are always very gentle, and you never touch her with dry fingers. I suggest buying a good sex-friendly lube such as KY, Astroglide or Wet, these sorts of lubes are available at drug stores everywhere.
Also, instead of just sticking your fingers in her vagina, you should be stimulating her clitoris instead. Her vagina is not that sexually sensitive. She gets most of her sexual pleasure from her clitoris being touched, just like you get most of your sexual pleasure from your penis being touched. Think of it this way, her vagina is just like your testicles in terms of sexual sensitivity. Although you probably enjoy your testicles being touched and stimulated, this will not bring you to orgasm. You need your penis touched and stimulated in order to reach orgasm. The same is for her clitoris. Instead of focusing your attention on her vagina, focus on her clitoris, and ALWAYS be gentle!

It could also hurt her subsequent times.
Assuming she was a virgin this time, you would have ruptured her hymen. It could also have bled. But yes, that would hurt her. So would the stretching she would experience if it was the first time having anything in her.
Over time, the pain will subside, but it might be the 8th, 9th, 10th, etc. time.
If you take it further, use protection, and be responsible.
Otherwise, keep exploring your sexuality. Your old enough in my opinion. :)
