You may condition your dick only to respond to your own hand or only to the types of pornographic images you watch.  I dont think so. Masterbation is natural, healthy, and pretty much expected from guys. The only way would effect your marriage, when it happens, is if you do it while looking and thinking of other ladies and hide it from her. Most people would say "masterbating to porn is natural and healthy", but in my opinion, when you are married, sexuality is to be shared, so try to let your wife know that you enjoy masterbating, and try to do it to pictures of her, or with her in mind. Honesty is the best policy in marriage:)
