writes:Well i met my ex at 16 yrs of age at a 18 yr and older club she lied to me and told me she was 18..She looked 18 and was at a 18 yr and older club.We started dating had unprotected sex now shes pregnant.And she bearly decided to tell me her age.I was trying to be responsible i moved her in my house her parents accepted me but now we broke up cuz she has an ex she was still screwing wit so she doesnt now who the fahter is.I kicked her out my house and told her if the baby is mine i will be responsible.She left my house and a couple of days later they arrested me for sex with a minor she said it wasnt her that accused me that it was her social worker.Her ex also got arrested because he is 26.We both got bailed out.but we have court again we are getting a DNA test done.The worst part is that iam on probation and had already violated it once will i most likely go to jail?..If she tells the judge she lied about her age and agreed to have sex with me wii dat help me at all?

If the legal age is 18, the chances are you will be prosecuted. Even if you told the judge she lied, they will say it was your responsibility. Get a good lawyer.
