I think she wants you to be a couple but she has a problem with the age gap. It's not that it'd stop you from being a couple but it's so much easier, especially when you're in your teens, when your bf or gf is the same age as you. If you two started going out there could be a few raised eyebrows and people judging you more than usual as a couple. But don't worry about it. There are obstacles for everyone and two sides to everything. So be yourself and go with the flow. If she wants you to be more than friends then it'll crop up. It'll happen if it's meant to be.

 Well it's pretty obvious that you like her, although I am sure that you didn't need some random person online telling you that. And in my opinion she likes you too. I would say that what she's saying is that your age posses a problem for her. Now, assuming that you would like to date this girl, this obviously isn't a good thing for you. But still, it's not hopeless. I would say that your best bet is to try acting more mature than your age. But don't just change suddenly, do it gradually. Hopefully if you can act her age then your actual age will play less of a roll in you being boyfriend material.
