Now not ready to talk and blocked me for everything changed her number then last night she talked me I said can we forget the past and be friend she blocked me again is she still mad and not ready talk to me ?

 You harassed her by phone so she changed her number. She then blocked you on twitter. She is sending strong "leave me alone" messages so leave her alone. It's hard to do if you like/ love her, but respect her decision and try to move forwards without her.

I believe that you can be friendly with an ex. you can be civil with an ex... you cannot be friends with an ex... it's never worked out for me.
your ex has blocked you for a reason..... if you truly love her respect that.
