he might as well just let you stroke him untill he cums and if any cum gets on you just wipe it off with a tissue or wash your hands. normally i find if you dont stroke the top of his penis when he is about to cum you get less cum on your hand, sometimes non. there's no point in him not cumming as he is obviously just causing pain for himself.
