I was unforttable with it, i spoke to him he got upset ans we didnt speak to each other for 2 weeks.  Depends what they are chatting about, but in my opinion a lot of chat sites are for flirting. Online sites are risk free and convienient. Men always like to have the ego boost (women too) and chatting online is an instant fix.
Talk to him and ask him what he is talking about. If he avoids talking about it then I'd tell him your not happy about him speaking to other girls.
