writes:Hi guys. This may be long but please bear with me! It started when i stayed at college for a week (im on an animal care course so we have to do a week at college to look after animals) in this week i was put to work with this boy, and this was when we first met. We spent the week, naturally, getting to know each other. And i have to say, i REALLY like him. All his veiws and opinions on things are exactly the same as mine! and i've never met anyone like him. Its been two months since that week and we chat online and when we see each other round college every now and then, but not much. But im a little confused because he will hint he likes me, so i'll hint/flirt back, then he will stop the conversation or spontaneously lose interest. This is new for me because i never normally have a problem attracting boys, but the ones i do attract are the loud hooligan type. Am i finding it difficult because this guy is decent and slightly shy? how do i know if he even likes me in the first place? and how do i take things further when everytime i try to, he backs off again? We have so much in common, both single i just dont get why he acts like he has some interest and then stops again! sorry about the length, thanks! x

 Ok well you mention that he is shy, and no matter how much a girl flirts with a guy he s blind to it. My opinion would be that he likes you but he doesnt no what to do about it as he is scared of rejection. So why dont you just take the bullet and see what happens? Text him and tell him that you like him and ask him would he like to go out on a date with you. If he says no then at least you no were you stand and you can move on knowing that you tried.
