reader, anonymous, writes (18 May 2009): i understand what you mean. many guys come to me only if they want something. most of the time, if your an attractive person, men will only come to you based on your appearance. not because they want to get to know you and want to become your friend; but because they are sexually/physically attracted to you. but the sad thing is, ALOT of men are like that. and its very hard to find a good guy with good conversation, but there are guys out there that have good intentions and want to get to know you as well as have a relationship. but sometimes if you talk to one of those guys that seem to only want sex from you, they find you interesting (if they talk to you and have a good convo) and will realize that your more than 'eye-candy' to them.
anyways, i know it seems as though everyguy is out there for sex and only come and talk to you because they want sex from you, but there are other guys in the world and youll find someone that doesnt only want you sexually, but for your other qualities as well
