Yes, I agree you're too young to be doing this stuff, but I'll answer you anyway. It's normal.
Your body is designed to lubricate itself a lot when you're aroused so yeah, you'll wet the bed. If you have sex and he comes inside you, you'll wet the bed even more because his stuff will mix with yours and it can get pretty gross.
As for the smell, I guess you could say it smells sour-ish. Take a smell of yourself and you'll see it's teh same as you. Now if he comes and you guy's stuff mixes, it'll smell different. That's normal too.
But I don't suggest you try it just to see what it smells like... if you were my kid, I'd tell you to focus on studies b/c you're too young to be handling the complications that sex and boyfriends bring. It's a lot of drama you really don't need right now.
