At your age i can understand when you get worried.Sometimes the vagina may have naturally developed tightly.Is this your 1st sexual experience? If not has this happened before?
You can try lubricants but i have a feeling it won't easily go away.Check it out with a gyneacologist.

 What part is so painful? In what positions? What is he doing? What hurts? Do you have extended foreplay first? Have you tried water-based lubricants? Does he perform oral stimulation on you first? Have you been examined by a GYN who says you are normal? All these things matter.
