Guys that have the green light and know that you like them will be all over you if they feel the same. I suspect maybe you you thought he did so you told him and now he's not responding. Guys like a chase too. You won't have to really question when someone likes you because they'll want to be around you and get to know you!

 As a previous poster asked - are you SURE this guy is interested? Personally I don't think I've encountered any guys that liked me but ignored me. Even when I was younger. So assuming he definitely is interested the only reasons I can imagine a guy might ignore you would be: extreme shyness, immaturity, he's already attached or there is some other obstacle that means he can't pursue a relationship with you at the moment and thus is keeping his distance.

 I think that is too much of a generalization. Are you sure this guy is attracted to you? If I am attracted to someone and she shows me interest, I do not ignore her, that is for sure.
