Why did I not get a response??

Question - (12 January 2008) 2 Answers - (Newest, 13 January 2008)
A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

This guy gave me all the signs that he really liked me. I think he was going to ask me out, but I froze and acted distant. To make it right, I called him at work and asked for his e-mail.

He gave me it, and checked it immediately while I was on the phone. (Although I had not sent it yet.) I sent it two days later, but I never got any response. Why?

Probably because it took you two days to send the email...what took you so long. And you say you acted distant...maybe you just gave him the impression you werent interested. He may think you aren't taking him seriously.

What did you say in the email you sent. Did you let him know that you were interested in him??

If you did...hold out and let him get back to you.

If you didnt act interested i think you should send another email, ask him would he like to meet for a drink or something. And if you get no response...leave him off.

By the way, are you sure he got that first email....
