I did not cum the first few times I had sex. Its OK. Its a matter of finding just the right angle, rhythm and spot.
Also, and this is REALLY important, drink plenty of liquids before having sex. Sperm is a fluid and you may have just been dehydrated.
Don't be afraid of the masturbation. You can drive yourself crazy forcing yourself not to do it for too long. But maybe skipping on it the day or night before the encounter would be in order.
Let her stimulate you with her hand or give you some oral if she is fine with it. Masturbate while you are with her.
If she came 3 times I am sure she is thrilled enough with you to give you whatever help you need.
I remember there were a few times where I masturbated and when I got right on the verge of coming I slipped it in her and came in her that way.
I would recommend that she has some sort of spermicidal foam inside of her if you do that, though.

Honestly, if this girl is someone you're going to be with regularly you should discuss this with her and make sure she knows that it is not her but rather you, and to just be patient. If you can mentally let go of trying to cum it will happen. The first time I did I was not even expecting it until it was upon me. This is where my warning comes in. Be careful and have some control. Me and my girlfriend at the time weren't using ANY protection of any sort because by that time I had given up on cumming during intercourse. It's not uncommon for a guy to have a delayed ejaculation- or only have a bit of semen to come out after he has masturbated/had sex a lot in a short period of time. You may want to give yourself a good amount of rest time before you overwork yourself and become too sore. How often should you do it really depends on you, but I believe you should masturbate no more than three times a week.
