writes: Why is it that when I think of a guy I really like and him having sex with me I get horny...but most of my friends are not mature about stuff like this(example: they are always doing the 'thats what she said' and laughing about penises and think oral sex is gross) which is very stupid to me! Not that I have had sex it just bothers me when people laugh about stuff like this.So what I am asking is why are my friends so immature about sex subjects?

 your friends probably think of guys and get horny like you do, but it's one of those things that people don't like talking about. Me and my friends for example( we're all 16 and 17) can be mature when we want to be, but being immature can be fun. We all mature at different rates and you just have to be patient. I made loads of new friends last year and more this year so I have such a wide variety of friends that I can hardly complain about them cause I spend time with a different group if one group of friends start to annoy me.Just be patient, maybe meet some more people and it should all work out.As for your friends, have they had boyfriends? because having boyfriends can give you a new perspective on things like oral, although if there is a class sexual innuendo, don't think they'll just ignore it and pass off the chance for a good laugh.good luckxx

It depends on how they've been brought up, whether they've have boyfriends before and such. and maybe they're actually nervous about it all and the laughing is just a way of controlling their nerves. It's just more likely that you're more mature. I wouldn't worry about it.
