A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

ive been with my boyfriend nearly 3 years. I was with my ex 2 years. As soon as i seen my ex i fancied him yet it took my a while to feel the same way for my current boyfriend at the begging as i had just stated seeing him.

I feel mean but 3 years down the track and i love my boyfriend, but i still think about my ex, his touch, kiss, voice. and whenever i see him or if i'm in his companany(which is very rarely) i get really bad butterflies and i just feel so happy. Is this because he was my first love? will this feeling ever go away...can you every truely forget your first love?

i dont ever get this feeling with my current boyfriend yet i'm wanting to spend my life with him. Im just so confused. does anyone actually know what i want, and i really do want my boyfriend, i just wish thses thoughts would dissapear about my ex

LIO agony auntHave you tried discussing this with your current boyfriend? It way be a good idea it communicate this to him if you believe you can trust him to be open minded about it. Think it over and I wish you well.
