ok so I'm 13 years old and I'm always so very tired and cold. Like every day after school I take a shower, then take an hour and a half nap then go eat and go to bed which is around 9:00 p.m. In the morning I find it to be absolutely freezing with the heater at 70-75 degrees. So I'll blast it to like 80 and i'll be okay. What's wrong with me?????? HLEP!

I would say your anaemic. You can get a blood test to check this and then a course of iron tablets. I became anaemic when I was 13 also and had the same symptoms. It was when my period started and it is not uncommon. Its lack of iron in your blood and maybe if you eat more foods rich in iron you will start to feel better.

you could be anaemic, i was like that for around 6 years before i actually realised something was wrong, then the doctor told me i had a really low iron count, as soon as i was put on iron tablets im back to normal, unless i stop takin them!!

Artistry agony auntHi there, I don't know if you have started your period yet, but if you have or even if you haven't, it sounds as though you are anemic. Which means that you have a low red blood cell count. To determine this, you should say something to your mom, and let her take you to the doctor to get your blood tested. Your doctor can then tell you what to do to correct the condition, if that is what is wrong. You can also eat beets, and spinach to build up your energy, also steak will help. But speak to you mother, and have your blood tested. Being tired all the time is not good. Please let me know, if you get the test done, what the results were. Take care of your self. Stay in touch.
