I'd guess that you aren't alone, having sex bits along with other bits can cause problems! With regard to making it less sensitive I don't think there's much you can do, you don't say if you're circumcised or not but if you are this is often a reason for feeling sensitve. You could try blow jobs with flavoured condoms or asking your girl to concentrate on the shaft of your penis rather than the head. It's always worth making sure you don't have any infections as soemthing like cystitis can make you feel like you need to urinate or can be sore (although this usually would be more frequent than just during sex). Doesn't mean you've slept around it's a urinary infection and you can get over the counter stuff to fix it. Most importantly though you're lucky to have a girlf who wants to give you pleasure so speak to her and try different techniques and ENJOY!
