You are just a once a day guy, nothing wrong with it - you just have a limited suply of sperm and testosterone. All men have limits.

reader, anonymous, writes (29 August 2008): Not a problem at all. Everyone is different. Some guys can only orgasm and get erect once a day and others can do it 3 or 4 times a day. Some guys need 24 hours recovery and others only need an hour. It is nothing to worry about.
Don't masturbate on days when you are expecting to have sex. Even better, take the day before off too. You will enjoy the sex much better if you have enough time to recover.

Sperm builds up regularly in your genitals. When you masturbate you release that build-up. Thus you can't get an erection because the reason for the erection has been eliminated. Simply hold your sperm for the sex act rather than discharging it by masturbation. You can't have it both ways.
