Well if you are masturbating from porn or something erotic then you need to try for longer but if it is from a random erection you get you shouldnt produce sperm

Here is what I copied right off a health website.
Often the first few times a boy ejaculates, the semen will not have all the ingredients and it will appear transparent. Later the other ingredients add in and the semen will gain its milky or pearly opaque color.
The sperm is one of the ingredients in the semen, the part that makes babies. The sperm may be present in the semen before the white color appears.
These changes occur in boys between the ages of 12 and 16, with a wide variation. Some boys may start even later.

 It's not unusual for someone your age to not be able to achieve a full orgasm with ejaculation. I started masturbating at a similar age and I think I was 15 before I actually achieved an orgasm. I don't think you have anything to worry about, but you may want to back off on it a bit as well. There will be plenty of time for sex and masturbation, however there's a very limited time to have a childhood.
