Pee beforehand!!! :) It's actually a good thing to do anyway since it helps to prevent the possibility of you accidentally peeing when you orgasm.
And of course, pee afterward, too, to reduce the risk of a UTI. If you've never had one, believe me, you do NOT want one. And if you have...you know what I'm talking about, so do it.
Pee before and after. :)
