When I ignore her she talks to me, and then when I put effort in again she hurts me! How do I get her back?

Sir, i love my girlfriend a lot ... Last year she broke up with her bf who was very aggressive and dominating..... at that time we were just good friends .... when she broke up i was there to support her but i never told her to be with me ..... she after the breakup said i love you and we were in a relation than last year i lost my father after a month she said she dont feel about me and still loves her ex and i tried to explain everything to her my feelings , situations and everything but she said i tried a lot to feel about you but i couldnt , during our relation we were physical for about - 5 times ...... i took help of her friends but one day she went out with his friend lying to me.... her friends told me about that i had a big fight that day i told her that we are not going to talk anymore than she cried and said she doesnt feel about me but i hold a very top position in her life but after that i keep on telling her that plz come back i will love you more but she doesnt understand ..... when i ignore for a day she talks to me very politely as soon as i start putting efforts she again hurts me .... she now talks to her ex and me too... what should i do ... i want her back .....i never showed my ego to her and my friends now say that you have no self respect of your own becoz i used to beg her to be with me ,,,,,,, plz help
