What should I say to a cute contractor? He flirts with me but what should I do?

We get these guys from an agency when work is busy. They can last anywhere from one day to alot more. There was this really cute guy today. He needed help with something and I helped him. He appeared to flirt with me later on. The problem is what do I say? What should I do? We are very busy at work and if I get caught talking, I'll be in trouble. Plus there's people everywhere so it's difficult to get someone alone.
