There's no point in denying it or acting shocked when people say you fancy that person cause chances are your face is already red and your a terrible liar :P! Also it might end an oppurtunity! Just say "What if I do, we're not 10 yr olds!" It will make that person look a but immature and stupid and you look super confident in yourself! Which from experience and having good guyfriends is a turn-on! If your too shy to say that either ignore them or say "Even if I did it would be no big deal" or "Depends on whether he likes me" (with a subtle sexy smile and a confident strut away to talk with someone else. Makes you look carefree and unavailible!) I'm sure one of these techniques will give the outcome you want!
