What should I do now and Will she take me back?

A male United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

My ex and I (both 17. I'm 2 months older) have been going out for two months long distance. But one day she broke up with me because I told her that I thought that she liked someone else. She really broke up with me because after she was talking to this other guy I made up a lie to get her attention back but it didn't really work out too well and she dumped me and she said she didn't understand me. I told her that I did it out of jealousy and she said that our relationship was all about trust and that she feels betrayed because she trusted me more than anyone but I couldn't return the favor. Two weeks after our break up I asked her to take me back but she said no even though I said that I've changed and learned from my mistakes. A little later I found out that she was spying on me and my friends' conversation (by getting one of our mutual friends to listen in on us) one day so I guess that proves that she still cares about me. Another one of our mutual friends said that she is thinking it over but I'm not sure how it'll turn out. I just recently messaged her saying that we should talk but i understand if you want to think a little bit longer. I still haven't gotten an answer and I'm still confused. My questions are, What should I do now and Will she take me back? I love her with all my heart and I don't want it to end between us. I think that we will end up together again because this is only our first 'real' fight (our first one wasn't really a fight, just yelling at each other for 10 minutes over who said what) and that only time can heal us. Maybe up to a week from now.
