I've been through this type of situation before and I'm fine. When you found out that you had feelings for him he must have known. A girl changes a little when she likes a guy without noticing and since he's your bff he's known you more to notice a slight change in your behavior. This means that he knows that you like him which is why he's talking about other girls to you so that you get the message that he's not intersted and just wants to stay as friends. I know this cuz I've done this with many guys that had crushes on me that I wasn't interested in. Guys know when a girl likes them I don't know how but they just do. I've had crushes on my guy bff's and the way that I've learned to get over it is to tell him straight on weather you intend for him to answer you with an "I like you too" or not. If he feels the same then you'll save your time with the guessing games. If he doesn't you'll have it out of your system and find a new flame. For me and my friends that I have given this advice to has helped them even with guys. Hope this helps and good luck.

ReapRHTB agony auntI had this happen when i was in say 9th Grade with my Best Friend sadly she liked me back and we dated for 4 Years... I alwas think Best Friends make the best relationships. That aside i would try doing all the things he likes you know all of them so that should be easy. So what he thinks is so amazing about these girls and i bet you are better then it don't get down he is a guy and so am i all we do is talk about girls unless someones wipes us into shape ;) Just ride it out and eventually tell him how you feel. You have plenty of life to live :p
