writes:I've been having alot of sexual urges lately. sometimes when i would feel a rush come out of my pepe(vagina) i would think that i was just getting my period. but it wasnt. i would look at my underwerar because somehow it would be wet. like the subsstance was sticky and clearish and it sorta smelled. no im not sexually active. i am 14. so what is this? white sticky clear substance that i am having?

reader, anonymous, writes (16 January 2009): Not knowing for sure what you are experiencing since we can't see you, there is one other possibility. There is a bacterial infection that you can get where you will be sitting there, standing, walking, and all of a sudden you feel like you just wet your pants, there is quite a bit of fluid that gushes out in a way, and there is a slightly bad smell to it....if this is your condition, you will require some prescription medication that you can only get from a doctor. This bacterial infection can be caused by improper wiping when using the toilet (it should be front to back) or just because the anus is so close to the vagina and bacteria can get in there sometimes and cause infection.
Like I said, to be sure don't be asking advice here, go see your doctor.

reader, anonymous, writes (16 January 2009): Probably just discharge. It's your body's way of keeping clean. Loads of people get it. When it goes yellow and smells strongly, THEN is when you start to worry as those are signs of a yeast infection. But right now you sound fine =]

Make an appointment with your doctor for a health exam and ask your questions of your doctor, don't be embarassed, they have heard it all and will welcome your questions.
It sounds like you are having normal vaginal secretions. The sexual urges you have are because you are a teen and your hormones are raging....so this is the time you need to be careful about not having sexual activity before you are ready to be a parent....your body may feel like you are ready, but your mind, emotions and wallet are not.
You could also have a yeast infection, sometimes they cause itching sometimes they don't and you will have a white discharge that is thick and looks somewhat like cottage cheese. That said, I can't see you, so make an appointment with a doc.
