A female reader, Annalisa United Kingdom + , writes (4 February 2008):

Annalisa agony auntTo love someone is to care about them and it can be anyone from a friend to a lover. Love never dies and if you've ever been in love with an ex, you will probably love them forever.

Being in love is to love, admire, respect and trust. It's when our partner can do no evil in our eyes, they make us happy and we want them around, we want to make love to them, we cannot bear the thought of being apart.

To keep this alive in a relationship, you have to work hard and it comes and goes. Then we rely on our affection and love for each other to keep the spark alive.

Sometimes we're lucky enough to find someone who makes us feel like we've found ourselves, as if one soul had fallen into two people at the beginning of time, and when you meet it's as if you were reunited into one soul. I've been there, though, and I still fell in love with someone else after we broke up! It's a funny old world!

loving someone like emotionally like you love a mom or dad and then being in love knowing that you would walk 10000 km just to see there smile or just to be with them even if its for just a second if you dont know the diffrence then you have not been in love
