Masturbation for a girl. girls get pleasure from stimulating the clitorus which is located under the hood above the vagina, its stimulated by rubbing it and what they mean by '4 fingers' that just means moving thers fingers in an out of there vaginas.. but your more likely to only need 2.

Masturbation is stimulating the genitals to gain sexual pleasure. Girls (and women) usually masturbate by stroking or rubbing their genitals with their fingers or an object (such as a vibrator). Some girls also masturbate by rubbing their genitals against something like a towel or by squeezing their thighs together rhythmically. Fingers can be inserted into the vagina to mimic a penis - so people mean they can fit 4 fingers into their vagina.
Most women have orgasms by stimulating the clitoris which is not inside the vagina but right above the labia minora (the inner vaginal lips) where the two lips meet. Inserting fingers or an object into the vagina is not necessary for an orgasm but more of an optional extra. Inside the vagina is supposed to be a "G-spot" which some women can experience orgasms from stimulating with their fingers.
But masturbation is purely a matter of personal taste - what some people enjoy does nothing for others.
