I dont want to keep texting as i will look desperate....... regret now telling him i have strong feelings for him but if i didnt i might of live to regret it.... thanks

 It seems that you still care for him. You may also be hoping deep down within that he comes back. Where as he wants some time.You have already told him what you feel, which is perfect. If I were you, I would not repeat it. If he has decided he does not want to keep in touch, so be it. It seems a heartbreak, but you would come through it one day. Time heals. Do you wan to get a new hobby, a plant, a pet or a new friend?
