 depends what his hobbies or interests are and also how much you want to spend on him. he is telling you he doesn't need anything but this does not mean he has got EVERYTHING - nobody has got everything! he is just being polite, but he will probably be really disappointed if you give him nothing and tell him 'well you said you had everything already!' why not ask his family or friends if there is anything he has mentioned to them that he wants?
