Question - (10 September 2010) 3 Answers - (Newest, 10 September 2010)
A male United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I've been best friends with this one guy for over a decade now; since we were 10. We planned to go to the same college together so we would know someone when we got there and we achieved said goal. Now we're both juniors at the same college and things have... changed... between us.

Here's the story: About two weeks ago, we were at a party and both got completely wasted; we ended up sleeping with each other. The next morning, we woke up in each other's arms and you better believe it was awkward as hell! We went to breakfast afterward but stopped talking for like a week.

But then we started talking again five days ago and the conversation went like this:

Him: "So... how are you?"

Me: "I'm good. How are you?"

Him: "I'm good as well..."

Then he paused and said while giving me this intense gaze, "I don't remember too much from last week's adventure but I wish I did..."

And he left it at that. What the hell does that mean!? I'm sincerely trying to not sound like a ditz but that man confuses the crap out of me sometimes! What exactly did he mean? That's all I want to know.

LLindy87 agony auntC.grant has it right, thats probably one of the two. However, being as he said he wished he remembered, well he clearly remembered waking up next to you so I'm guessing its that he liked it but doesn't remember how it happened.

A male reader, C. Grant Canada +, writes (10 September 2010):

C. Grant agony auntThere are at least two things he could have meant. He's not sure what went on, and needs to get things sorted out in his head. Or he has some idea of what went on, and liked it. You're going to have to have a more in-depth conversation to figure it out for sure.
