 OK, well I like all the ideas that others have proposed. And I recall girlfriends and one wife who frequently entertained me with what I'll call "surprise blow jobs." which included pouncing on me in the middle of the night, or while traveling or as soon as I would walk in the door at home. You seem to be doing all that a guy could possibly want, especially if you do oral all the way. A bit of teething occurs occasionally and is no problem if it doesn't draw too much blood. But based on what you say, I think that either your boyfriend may have other issues going on - or most likely, you are expecting some kind of overly dramatic reaction from a blow job. Yes, a great one is fantastic, but what do you mean by the term "go crazy?"
