 Off course people can develop these feelings after two months, then depending how the relationship goes it can either grow stronger or it can fade. Give the guy a chance, its great he is being open about his feelings for you.

reader, anonymous, writes (13 December 2015): A person can't control how your heart feels, I know it just happened to me, give the guy a chance, he might be a great guy, when I showed her love, she broke up with me, she was scared, don't be scared of love, its the most beautiful feeling there is when two people are in love, remember you never know what you got untill its gone, its really hard on your heart, when the other heart, doesn't feel the same.
