i'm not looking to seduce my teacher, nor do i believe i am in love with him. but he has been a wonderful friend this past year for me (as well as my teacher). he has given me advice, talked to me about problems, etc. along with our regular fun chats.

i fear that will all fade next year, and quicly dissapear when i enter college.

how can i stop that from happening?

A reader, anonymous, writes (9 July 2009):

I feel the same way you do! I have a strong close friendship with my teacher but fear I will lose contact with him once I graduate. I really don't want that to happen though. To answer your question if you both are truely friends you will keep in contact with each other. If you lose contact then the friendship was never to be and you will always have your memories with that teacher.
