IF your age is ten or twelve, then you have not been out of the womb long enough yourself to get pregnant and should nt be thinking about it even, however if you are an adult then i would listen to the advice given off the others, and please accept my apols????

yeah - ok, so, a few things. first, buy an over-the-counter ovulation kit, to see when you're actually ovulating. for a month before, have your guy switch to boxers (instead of briefs), keep his laptop off his lap (the heat lowers sperm count), stay out of hot tubs and hot baths (same), stay off of exercise bikes, etc. Avoid sex for three days before you're ovulating. Try this for a couple of cycles. If you still don't have any luck, the pcos could be the problem. It can cause your ovaries to release multiple eggs that are all immature, rather than a single, mature egg, each month. It's not a big deal - they can give you some pills or shots that will help with this.

Yos agony auntIf you have had a cyst on your ovary, then you could have PCOS - Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. This is something that will make it harder for you to get pregnant, although it is perfectly possible to conceive with help from doctors. Sadly, much as you hate gynos, you should go see one.

I suggest you establish the time of the month in your menstrual cycle that you are most fertile; try and with hold intercourse for two or three days before your fertile period;

Ask your fiance to use a zinc supplement; and if you are really getting stressed you could ask your doctor to precribe a fertility drug to yourself;

Don't concentrate on it to much; sometimes if you just relax and enjoy the lovemaking, it is easier to fall pregnant.

Best wishes and lots of SMILES.

Sometimes when you have sex TOO much, it can cause you to not get pregnant because he uses too much sperm.. might sound weird but i was having sex with my man for over a year before i finally got pregnant and my dotor said it was because we had sex TOO much! Which sounded crazy!! but give it a week then have sex and only have sex every few days.. that might work.
