It means he doesn't find you physically repulsive and would happy snog you.
However it means nothing when it comes to actually LIKING you in a boyfriend kind of way.
Leave him to it and if he likes you he will call you.
If he doesn't call then it means he just wanted a quick snog, so keep that as a happy memory and move on.
