writes: its my bf b day this saturday. ive been goin gout with him for 2 months and one day. he is really nice to me and so far he has got me a necklace some ear rings a winnie the pooh teddy and these mermaid crystals balls things. my mom doesnt work and she has 2 children and she is a single mom so u cant really afford a lot. my mom sed i could get him this necklace which he did circle buts it only 7.99 and i feel kinda shockin and cheap. do u reackon he will think that i am cheap as well? do u have any ideas which i could also give him for his b day without spending to much money?

 if he wants that neckless buy it him its what he wants and maybe he knows that you ent got much money so wont be expecting anything dear. but ill tell you one thing which is a precious gift love, and since its been 2 months maybe you dont love him or maybe you do i dont know but another thing presious too is some one to spend the whole day with and knowing youve got some one to call yours and thats what hes got with you. or why dont you ring a few of his friends get them to buy the food e.g and you invite the people he knows to a suprise party at a house.

 Well really its the thought that counts and since you did get him something when you couldn't really afford it easily, he should be pleased.
Instead of just giving him the present, think around the thing. How could you give him the present that'll make him remember the day?
Here's an example:
back when I was a hobo (not literally:-P) I got my gf a small amethyst ring which was really not expensive or anything but I did it after taking her to the beach and having a great day out. The whole thing cost less than £20 but she was really happy.
I'm sure if you think about it, you'll get a good idea that'll make the whole thing great:-D
