I have called her and asked her out and she has said yes, so the big question is you ask? what is my problem, timing!!as it is recent that she parted from a long term relationship i do have to tread softly softly.I would like to say i have to go by my intuition it feels right but am i wishing that!!At the ripe age of 57 it is starting all over again love has been lost and now could be found again, perhaps my confidence has been dented, i am the eternal optimist which is helpful in any situation, but some support is always helpful.anybody who have some thoughts are welcome to give me a few lineskind regards

Well, as it is the signs are good. You're both single, so there's no problem there. And you asked her out, and she said yes, so there's something there.
I'd suggest that from now, you just take it slow. You've basically got to get to know each other all over again. So, take her out, get to know each other again, but give it time before you try to take it even more further.
