A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

Does anyone else think that my boyfriend acted weird ?. Last week, his neighbour (who is a woman. My boyfriend and I know her and her husband ) knocked on my boyfriend's door. When she knocked, it was like she was banging on the window. My boyfriend shut the door that is between the living room and his front door. I think he did that so I couldn't hear what they were saying. When he came back in to the living room, I asked him what she wanted, and he got angry with me and said that it was none of my business. He said he didn't want to tell me , because he thought I would worry. He also told me that her husband had been arguing with my boyfriend because my boyfriend owed them money. He said that she was going to go to his house again when his money went into his bank account later that night to get the money from him. When I kept trying to talk to him about it, he kept telling me to forget it.

Do you think it really was about money ?. Sometimes, I feel paranoid. I hope it wasn't anything else. My boyfriend has told me that her husband cheats on her and she has been upset about it. I got paranoid and asked my boyfriend if there as anything going on between him and her, but he said there wasn't. He told me that he had told her what I said, and she laughed. I just found it odd that he shut the door and he got angry with me.

I do remember hearing her talk to my boyfriend's support worker once though, and she said that he had been asking them for things then.He is unemployed, but he gets Disability Benefits.

Hi Getta. They have met. I should have added that in my post. My boyfriend has been living there for a couple of years. I know those neighbours too, although, I don't know them very well.
