So far we've kissed, made out, caressed each other's upper bodies through clothes and under clothes(though I had a bra on)..and now I feel we're ready for he and/or I to take our shirts off and/or actually have him fondle me. However i'm getting frustrated b/c i'm not sure where we can do this? At my house, of course my mom refuses to even go to the neighbor's for 10 minutes because she says she will never leave us alone---and also she's that kind of mom that will just "need to get something downstairs" when me and my bf are down there, when she really just wants to check up on us frequently. And at his house, his parents are not home during the day, but his sister is---so we could maybe get more intimate there, but we're both a little paranoid about it.And I get even more frustrated when i wonder, when the time comes, where we'll be able to do heavy petting (hand jobs, fingering, etc.) in peace.Anyone else ever had this problem?

 okay the parents always will bug but what parent wouldnt so anyway since his parents are usally gone why not just try and get his sister out of the house lock the door or whatever and do things you want to do in peace.

The back seat of a car was always a favourite, but of course you need a car for that and I'm guessing you don't have one.
Perhaps the ultimate answer is 'When you get a place of your own'.
