reader, anonymous, writes (22 April 2005): I'm assuming that you've told him how you feel and he still wants to be friends? In that case, follow the phrase 'you always want what you cant have' - its true. If he sees you start to go out with other guys (as if you are over him) he'll soon realise what he's lost and want you back... its worth a try!

He chased me, I fell in love with him, then 4 days ago, after 2 years he says I am not what he wants and just wants us to be best friends. I am finidng it very hard. I miss him. The only thing that we can do is be strong! No point wasting your time on someone who doesn't wnat to waste their time on you. xx
