 the vagina is self cleaning so there is no need to wash it with soap, especially inside as this can lead to irritation. if you do want to wash it, wash the inside and around the clitoris with warm water, and with your hands not a pouf thing!

 Honey it cleans itself so it's not really necessary for you to do this. If you want to give it a quick clean, just use a little soap on your hands OUTSIDE of your vagina and give it a once over. A 'scrubie poof thing' might do damage, and using too much soap unbalances the pH inside you and can even give you infections!

 it is not the same and as for douching you aren't suppose to douche to much or you'll get bladder infections or yeast infection since i have sensative skin i cant use soap down there and i would recommend for other woman not to use soap down there you are suppose to stay moist so you don't end up getting dry skin or a bladder infection or yeast infection
if you are looking for a good way to clean down there get one of those shower hoses that you can take off and then spray down there with it thats what i do personally

 I've heard this off of an oprah show from dr.oz... A vagina is a self cleaning oven... Unless u have an infection that's about fine for cleaning it. Just wash it daily and stuff and thatll work perfectly fine.

 Every woman's vagina is different: look, feel, smell, sensitivity, even taste. It all depends on what you prefer and what your vagina can handle. What I've read about in health books, however, is that it cleans itself. Just the natural process, I suppose.
